The wedding and reception is at a venue with a full (pay) bar, and sells pizza and chicken wings, etc. I am providing a sushi platter, grape leaf rolls, mini quishes, maybe a gumbo or something in a crock pot? along with wedding cake and I would like to provide champagne. I'm not sure how much I should bring per person. I have 52 rsvp's as of right now. Thanks for any help.

pizza, chicken wngs and sushi? sounds like an odd combination. Typically I woud estimate 1/2 a glass of champagne per person. Champagne is usally just for toasts

Plan on 2 human beings in preserving with bottle. At fifty 2 rsvps, you want to think about having 28 bottles of champagne, that could get extreme priced. Why no longer evaluate wine and beer as significant beverages and keep the champagne on your particular toast and the marriage cake? The boxed wines are fairly fairly sturdy and lower priced. you could in many situations get beer in higher parts at Costco or yet another retail outlet. and do not forget that no longer everybody beverages alcohol, so have a grant of sodas and water reachable too! no longer positive about gumbo for a wedding ceremony reception, although...alongside with sushi and grape leaves? is that this a multicultural experience????
