This guy who I went out with a few times, and who ended the dating, has asked me to go to a party he's throwing in his house. All his friends, whom I know and see everyday, are going to be there. He's asked me a few times if I'm going or not and I've not given him an answer yet. Should I go? He really pissed me off when he stopped calling, but he keeps flirting whenever he's around, not the way he used to , but still. Would I bring myself down if I go to the party? What would you do?

There is no easy answer to your situation. It sounds like he wants you to attend. The problem is that if you don't go, you will always wonder what you missed by not attending. If you get there, and things don't seem right, you can always politely leave. It just might be that he wants you for a friend, and maybe more, but is just nervous and afraid. There is only one way to find out.
I say attend the party and see what happens!
