When the dog sneezed, some of the dog's saliva probably touched her skin. Many people are allergic to dog saliva, the itching toe is probably just an allergic reaction.

Well i guess if the dog is sneezing on her toe, that would be an indecator that she
might be allergic to it. On the other hand maybe the dog is sneezing because it is allergic to her toe. Just kidding.

well her dog might sneeze on her toe or the dog might have allergies and sneezed and then she gets allergies is there a certain spot she sneezes they might be allergic to that spot in particular
