I have heard many time of people losing weight with this simple diet. Once you wake up you drink a glass of water with honey in it to lose weight. I am sure that it helps you lose weight but is it safe??? Please write why you think its safe or not safe please. OR do you have another version of this diet. I'd like to try this because I want to lose 10lbs. But I want to make sure its safe. I also excersize daily but I cant lose these last 10 POUNDS: ( So plese give me you advise. I will be very thankful!!!

not only safe infact its highly beneficial for the body.....but i wud suggest that instead of only honey use honey and lemon in water...this combination is far better for losing wt....but don't use lemon if you frequently suffer with sore throat...well according to me there is only 1 key to lose wt...and that is running / jogging....jog fast for 3-4 Km daily..u won't need anything else....!!

yeah, it will be safe, since all it is is honey mixed with water. unless that's the only thing you eat or drink. that's not safe. i don't think it would make you lose bone mass or anything. diets aren't safe either, and don't work! instead, just make better choices about what you eat. try to stop eating when you're full, and exercise. trust me, this will work a lot better than dieting!
