I've been there...You just have to wait for him to get the guts. You can always lye the foundation...just simply by being sweet and smile at him. If he is available...he will approach you.

Be honest! If you want to know if he really likes you then ask him out? Just be like "I get the impression you like me and I like you so I'd like to take you out and see where this goes." That is straight forward honest and non-threatening and you don't loose anything by asking. Infact you gain resolution. Then see how he acts on the date and if you like the way he treats you then there you go. Otherwise break him off gently and be like "Thank you for going out with me but I think we would be better off as friends, I hope that's cool with you." That's that!

How are you not supposed to like him?? You can't help who you do and do not like. If it's because of your parents, respect their wishes and stay away. If it's because of a friend, gently explain your feelings toward him. Hopefully he or she will understand. Good luck.

it depends can you see a future with this guy? do you like him a lot? if he asks you out and you feel that you want to say yes than do it. i mean if things dont work out whats the worst thing that can happen.
