Not everybody wants to be a Christian. Not every religion known to man is for everybody. And some people prefer no religion at all and would rather think for themselves.

Not everybody is Christian because we are given free will by God. God doesn't force people to believe in him by some crude tactic. Not every Christian is the same, and we are a very diverse people. Thank God for the diversity of humanity!

The world is a pretty big place, chocolategirl. Lots of different cultures and religions. And the fact is, a lot of people aren't spiritual, they are practical or just have different priorities. Can you accept that there are secular people who do good things?

Because they've found another religion that speaks to them. One that tells what they think of as the truth. I, personally, think that religion is Buddhism. There are no restrictions or condemnations in Buddhism. It is merely about the cessation of suffering and true understanding. You make every action with the Buddhist principles in mind, but there is no punishment for ill behavior, directly. The punishment comes from yourself. When you can't achieve peace because your karma is so messed, that is your punishment.

I don't know.
I don't care.

But, to answer your question bred from ignorance and intolerance
It's called freewill. Nobody is forcing them to be Christian. If you can't deal with that...educate yourself on the other religions....or keep your mouth closed until you actually know something.

I think you should ask each person individually. You would get better results.

I am not a Christina because I think the bible is a fable book of people who were primitive and had no knowledge of science.
