Has anyone had Roger Cotner for an attourney and had him give you a quote, and then it doubled ?

We needed to file bankruptcy, and had Cotner as our attourney, and he said that it was going to be one fee for the service, but doubled it when we went to pay.

His office is in Grand Haven, Mi. He does bankruptcy. We had him say that everything will be 1500 and then we went to pay, and it was 3000!!
