Yes. Anyone can be albino. Albinoism is simply a genetic disorder. Anyone, no matter who their parents are, can be albino just like anyone could be blind or disabled. There was a set of identical twin girls, born a few years back. One was albino, the other black. They looked itdentical, just colored differently- they even had the same kind of curly hair- one brown one blonde.

Yes, there are members of that race who are albino. I know of no race which has no albino members. All races have some albino members. I think that even the human race has a few.
