Where can I find reasonably priced OOT bags for my wedding guests?

One way to deal with the Out of town bags is to make them yourself. Sit down with your hubby to be, a few crafts like the baskets and fruit or candy or flowers, or whatever it is you want in them and go at it!

Also, you could find them at a Michaels, or a Hobby Lobby.

Or, you could try a few sites in source :-)

Buy tote bags. You can buy those in bulk in crafts stores.

Personalized stores (shutterfly, etc.) offer printing on different items, to include tote bags.

If having a beach wedding, make beach bags filled up with beach essensials: sunscreen, towels, flip-flops, lip balm, towels, etc.

If you just have out of town guests, consider baskets. Youc an buy them in Walmart or crafts stores, Include essential toileteries (soap, tootbrush, mini-deodorant), get some color for looofas at the dollarstore, add a fragant candle and some gum, candy, breath mints. Decorate with ribbons n yoru colors and add a hand written note.

She's really helpful and does bug you all the time about whether you are ready to order (some companies are soooo annoying once they get your e-mail address).
