Walk it out to me means to take your anger/hurt/frustration and take a power walk, you will always come back feeling calmer, even if you leave the house swearing and cursing. Also shaking it out works well too, which is often what I do with my 5 year old, if he has mad me angry, I will stand in the middle of the kitchen and shake my body til I can do nothing but laugh.
But yeah............
