You need new speakers, the wiring is messed up (broken who knows where).

Check all chords to make sure they are plugged in correctly. Also check the volume control both on the pc & on the speakers.

I'm going to tell you to DOUBLECHECK YOUR CONNECTION. The connection should be going into the GREEN jack. The reason I say this (and I'm no where near saying your stupid, as I have done it myself a million times) is that not everyone understands the color coordination on the audio cards. Pink is usually microphone, and blue is.... well, I'm not sure what blue is.
If this still doesn't work, make certain that your speakers are not accidentally muted on the PC side.

Go to control pannel and sounds. Have your computer test your speakers to see if there is a problem. If none is found you need to buy new speakers.

maybe you have broken the jack connection inside your computer if that's the case consult a good repair shop for computer or take the circuit board out that has the jack on it you may be able to get replacement at computer shop if not then take the computer to shop and let them have a look
