okay so me and this really beutifull girl have been talking for about a month now we talk over the phone and talk at school. she always gives me a hug and has kissed me on the cheek a couple of times. I think she wants me to ask her out what should i do and how should i do it?

I think so. If you like her, do it. BUT keep in mind if she says no... move on. there are other fish in the sea!

Well sounds to me you have already laid the ground work if she is kissing you on the cheek and is calling you. If you have gone on a few dates and you like her well, you better ask her out. If you haven't gone out with her on a date something easy like a movie or a bite to eat, then do that before you ask her out. Get to know her more, hang out with her friends continue to get more comfortable around her. But sounds like you are in good shape if you are getting hugs and kisses, I would say ask her out soon before you miss the chance!

at school when everyones somewhere else, ask her to meet her in a deserted hallway
ask her out
or just ask if she wants to go somewhere with you (skating, movies, house)
