I've been on the pill for about 6 or more months and am taking them right now. I'm not supposed to be getting my period for a couple more weeks, but for the past couple days I've been spotting. It's not a lot, but it's definately there each day.

This is normal, especially if you have been sick or been stressed out. Continue taking them as normal and if it doesn't settle down by the time you have your next break contact your doctor.

Completely normal. Don't worry, it takes TIME for your body to regulate itself to the pill. It took me about a year and a half to get 100%

Yes you can. Stress, hormones and poor eating habits can cause spotting. Check with your OBGYN.
