I get that much notice? Wow. Dig a hole and ride the fallout through. If it is a uranium based weapon, much of the radiation will be gone in 48-72 hours. 99.99% of it decayed in 2 weeks.
So, dig in, wait it out and climb back out. Live on and prepare for what's next.
Plutonium weapons are a little harder to survive.
Why not just get an underground shelter or a bug out plan for a safer area?

Run away? If you have time, the fallout can't spread as fast as I can drive!
If it were unescapable (If that is possible) I would sit with my wife on the top of a huge hill and watch it coming. You might as well see what is going to kill you.
