That's easy...Be the right woman! Ironacally Men and Women are the same. They just get caught up in the social gender war; "Men are this woman are that" kinds of stuff. The simple truth is that we are all individuals with our own likes and dislikes at different levels of maturity thus we are the same. What does this mean? Find someone, learn what they are about and if you feel like you can work with this person simply make a decision. No one is going to be a 100% match because we all change over time. If it dosn't work out simply move on and try again. Always know what you are getting yourself into and have no regrets.

Look every were talk to as many guys as you can. Say you talk to 3 guys a day you will find one good guy at least in 1 week. And don't be shy. Guys love it when a woman comes up to them. It takes the stress out of it for us.

If you want the right guy- you have to also be the right girl! Period. No need for strategies, gimmicks, psych books, etc. People generally attract partners who are that same emotional level. If you're immature, immature guys will chase you and you them. If you're mature and level headed, you'll most likely attract guys who are likewise.

By being in the right place.
If you want a Churchgoing family type man, you will not find him at singles-bars or clubs at 4 in the morning.
If you want a professional who goes to work every day and is reliable, you will not find him drinking every night with his buddies.
If you want a thrifty man, you won't find him at the local casino.
The man you want is doing what you want him to be doing - he's just alone doing it. *grin*

Date a lot. Learn what yu like and dislike about men. Then find one that has the qualities you know you are looking for.
