I need to know which cardio (or any other type of exercise) will burn the most calories and fat in the shortest space of time.
I also want to kno how many calories a particular activity burns for a particular length of time.
My goal is to lose weight and if anyone has any tips i would love to hear them

Here's a website that tells you what activites you can do, how many calories they burn, and how many to do. (According to your weight, height, and age)(the 2nd one tells you how many calories you burn per minute doing that activity)

From what I've heard and experienced strairs and stairmasters do the job most intensly. Heat and sweat other than watersports are probably quicker too. Time is a big factor, the longer your endurance the more fat burn.

In my opinion running is the best. It's worked wonders for me.

The best, however, is combining cardio with weights in what's called interval training. Like, do 10 minutes of cardio, then life weights for 10 minutes, then 10 of cardio, 10 of weights, 10 more of cardio, 10 more of weights.

Join a Kung Fu club. There circuit training / cardio work outs are immense second to none. Swimming & Boxingis excellent. Aerobic boxer size good.
