Turn up the music and dance your heart out. It's fun and effective. Also try floor exercises go to fitnessmagazine.com they have plenty of free workout videos you can download and exercises you can print out. Hope this helps.

You can dance to music, do sit ups, push ups and run in place.

Running in place helped me tone my muscles and lose some weight. =]
