If it's Nigeria and you don't know the individual personally, it's a scam.

Nigeria is well known for having a lot of internet scam artists.
There are whole internet cafe's where every single patron is trying to scam someone.
Look up "Nigeria" and "scam" in the yahoo search and see what all pops up.

Any mail you get from Nigeria asking for you to collect money for someone or to send money is a scam. This is a common scam used to steal money from people.

RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM ANY SO-CALLED GET RICH SCHEMES OR OFFERS THAT COME FROM NIGERIA!
I've experienced this several times. A so-called legitimate company in Nigeria says they need a place in America to deposit their money and will pay you a huge amount if you'll let them use your bank account. All you have to do is send them your BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION, let them use it for a specified amount of time, and the "reward" will be yours. Trouble is, before you know it, they've cleaned you out!
If it is any version of this, or really any kind of get rich scheme,, or they want any kind of personal information from you, FORGET IT. If an offer seems to be too good to be true, IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!

on some talk show they said a lot of scams come from nigeria.
