I really don't care one way or the other.
I was talking about all extremists,
A couple of you understand that.
No I will not clean my sausage,
It is my tool for the future. :-)

I would consider Atheism to be an extreme point of view. (to deny many)
I consider myself to be ME. I guess you could call me agnostic, but I wouldn't.

Religious extremism or fundamentalism is a manifestation of the desire to control others, which arises from a weak self-image and the fear that one might be inadequate.or 'unworthy.' It is infuriating to this damaged personality type when everyone else doesn't share their particular beliefs (what they are exactly isn't significant) and this constant state of frustration doesn't contribute to having a sense of humor. It is usually expressed in other inappropriate ways, however, such as wife-beating, child abuse, animal cruelty, sexual perversion (can you say choir boys), hatred of women, and suicide bombing.
Atheism, by the way, is not a form of extremism. On the contrary it is the ultimate expression of rationality and reasonableness, drawing its conclusions from observations of the real world as we perceive it, and willing to change them if new information becomes available.
PS: Atheism may be a minority viewpoint but that does not make it 'extreme' in the sense being used here.

Humor would make them reasonable, so then they wouldn't be extremists.
