I like to season them with Adobo, sazon, a dash of salt and pepper, and bake them coverd at 350 for an hour. Then I drain any liquid from the pan and smother them in bbq sauce. Bake for another 15 or 20 minutes uncovered and enjoy.

Before placing them in the oven I always rub them with some dry rub.
Then I sprinkle them with lemon pepper and red chile power. Cook at about 250 for 2 hour then cover with your favorite bbq sauce. Put back in oven uncovered for about 30 minutes. Let them cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into them this allows the juices to come back to the meat. **** luck

I saw the Army cooking spare ribs on TV , it was at a field
kitchen , they had a large tray of ribs , the cook covered them
with a bottle of ketchup and a bottle of HP , he then poured
a can of full fat cola on them , they were cooked on a medium
heat for ages , the looked delicious , the TV chef claimed they
were the best he'd had , good luck.
