I cant decide..please help?

I'm having mixed feelings on what to do and recently been in a rut. I was in a relationship that I was very happy with, but my parents didn't approve of him and me lying about it and split us up by forbidding me to see him. They took my car priviledges unless I was going to school or work and when I ask to go somewhere, they don't trust me that I'm going where I said and so I haven't been able to see my friends in weeks. I told them I would move out, but my mom doesn't seem like she will give me my car after I finish the payment on it. My ex really cares about me and likes me alot and even said when I move we should go out again, but that might warp my relationship with my parents. I really miss my ex and want him back, but I don't really know if leaving before I'm ready is the best desicion. Please help me out...what do you think I should do?

I might want to add that my ex is three years younger than me and I'm afraid he might move on with life if he has to wait too long to be with me.

Maybe your parents see something that you don't. If you really love this guy move out. But make sure you have a back up plan. What does your gut in stint tells you?

finish what you have to do at home, make sure you're really ready to move out and then continue your relationships..too bad if your parents are unhappy...you gotta grow up sometime

I agree with lata, and as far as the car...you are making the payments on it? is it in your name? if so, there is no issue. the car is yours. Perhaps if your parents co-signed, but you have made all the payments, you should suggest they buy it from you if they want to keep it.

who cares what parents say. they can't keep u away from him after u move out. any way how old r u. if u r over 18 then they can't tell what or who u can or can't date. good luck
