Does anyone know where I can get MRSA death rate statistics (for the UK) that are recent? If possible up to 2006.. I have seen up to 2004, but can't find any more.

In 2005 , there were 1500 + deaths . Incidently i caught it at Northwick Park Hospital in August 2006 and my wounds have not healed as yet.

You can get up to date stats from individual hospitals if you can be bothered to do that. Time consuming but at least they are up to date. Ring Infection Control in each Trust.
