Just purchased a new HP computer with the new windows vista installed, may i keep my same at&t yahoo home page with my at&t internet service provider, with the dsl modem?

yes, your choice of computer doesn't affect your home page. You may have to manually set it as your start page however.
To do that:

Go to the address bar and pull up your AT&T home page.
In internet explorer, click tools and then internet options.

The first tab is labeled home page. Click use current, then click apply and then okay. From that point on, your AT&T page will be your start page.
