Well, when I say a girl is cute, I ussually refer to her face (hair, eyes). But thats just me. I suppose that because people have different likes and dislikes, there refering to different features. If you want to know what I guy thinks about a girl (if she is hot or not) you have to no what he likes, or turns him on.

Ususally is a guy say "she's hot" he is refering to the total package. "She's cute", he is refering to her face.
