i need help! i've tried lots of acne medicine but none of its worked

my son had severe acne and the thing that worked the best was a prescription antibiotic cream. any time he was on antibiotics his skin would start to clear. if this is the same in your case maybe you should talk with your doctor about prescribing an acne ointment with an antibiotic.

neutrogena soap, water, wash cloth, three times a day. should see good results in about 2 months you should do this as long as you want to have good skin. if you quit it will come back. acne is 95% all about clean skin

this is a very subjective question and you will find as many treatments as answers. with that said, my personal favorite is clearpores which has done really good to clear my skin.

Rum some man creme on your face, that will help clear it up from the enzymes in the 'man creme'....no kidding.
