Here are the apparant real reasons.
1. DNA testing to her hair would prove she's taking drugs so she cut it but ended up at a rehab anyways
2. Her hair extensions were really bad, knots everywhere, not done professionally.
3. Publicity Stunt. At this time she wasnt in the spotlight till now.
4. Coz she wanted a change. Or maybe as i hope shaved her head for the cancer foundation.

That's pretty good. I don't think the service will have her, to much detox first. But the blue man idea might work.
Seriously, whether you like her or not this girl has some major issues. I hope she stops playing around real soon before it is too late and gets some serious help. If not for herself, for those babies she chose to have. They are forced to live with what she is doing to herself, too.
