There are a few custom jobs around that are very light.

For a production bike try this link <17 pounds.

This is just a guess but I would have to say the lightest would be the Bacchetta 2007 Carbon Aero it weighs in at I believe 20 or 21 lbs a fantastic recumbent.

the lightest cruising road recumbent is the 26"/20" Oracle Omega made in Canada and very new on the market so it has not been officially reviewed yet. The Omega weighs only 30 lbs. FULLY SUSPENDED making it the lightest production bike in its class in the world.

The Oracle Omega can be built fully suspended sub-29 lbs at an upcharge. Contact Oracle Cycle Works at oracle_cycles@yahoo.ca for pricing and or custom build info.
