I dont have a lot of acne anymore, but it left behind a ton of scars, and it makes my face look just as bad as it did with all of the pimples. I need something to clear them or conceal them.Cover ups, products, doctors, order online, etc. The best thing would be a moderately priced product i can buy at the store.

I had really bad acne as a teenager and have tried covering the scars with makeup but all it did was settle, finally I went to a plastic surgeon and he recommended a product called Mederma.
You can buy it at Wal Mart and you can see results in about 3-6 months for existing scars. You apply 3-4 times a day and I started seeing results in about 2 weeks. It is a little pricey about 20 dollars a tube but it is well worth it.

Two solutions; Mederma which is OTC, you can get it anywhere.

The other is to go to a dermatologist and have them do a microabrasion. It is not the most thrilling experience, the thought behind it is to remove the original scar and create a 'new' scar that is smooth. However, they have improved this dramatically since I went to medical school but it is the most permanent solution.

Try the Mederma first give it a whirl for about 5-6 months and you'll begin to see some improvement and in some cases dramatically. If it comes down to it go for the abrasion but this is a good first step.
