Is there a difference between the two?

Lucifer would focus on turning us into a godless nation, which I can only take to be a good thing. On the other hand, he'd also try to demote the Christian principles of pacifism, helping others, and such. Those are very good principles. And he'd actively oppose Christianity /as President/, whereas the President qua President should be neutral on those grounds. So that's one mark for him and two against.

Pat Robertson would focus on turning us into a nutty fake-Christian nation, demote the Christian principles of pacifism, helping others, and such, and actively promote Christianity /as President/. That's three marks against him and none for.

Yet Robertson would mean well and Lucifer perhaps would not. Does that matter? In practice, seems like it shouldn't. So Lucifer wins. (Except he's smart. He might be more effective at achieving his goals.)

Extra points for Lucifer if it's the LaVeyan Satan, which is considered just to be the individual's ego. If it's my ego, I'm cool with it. :-)

I'd rather have Lucifer (aka nothing, non-existent, nobody) than Pat Robertson.

Well, considering that Lucifer is prowling around like a lion looking for ways to steal kill and destroy, I'd have to pick the other one. Lesser of two evils ya know?

Pat, but he is kind of old. Lucifer is much, much older though.

Pat Robertson doesn't want to kill you and take you to hell with him. Neither one would be my personal choice.
