If I recieve a email in Ukrainian language I want to translate it to English soI can read it. And when I want to reply, I want to write it in English and then translate it into Ukrainian to email it. What can I do?

Go to http://www.trident.com.ua/ and click on "On-Line". They have a translator there for Ukrainian. As others have said, however, machine translations are obvious to native speakers. Keep your sentences short and simple, and at least your idea will get across.
If you need good translation services, send me an email and I can hook you up with a good Ukrainian/English translator. She charges $0.03 to $0.04 USD per source word for such translations.

Keep in mind that any machine translation (i.e., all of the translation options online) will make a mess of the text in either direction. In some cases it may be intelligible, but it will certainly not be correct. You can either learn Ukrainian (and improve your English) or pay a professional to do it properly.

There are translation sites on the web. One site I know of is: www.freetranslation.com You can copy the text from the email and paste it to the site to translate and visa versa to send an email. I'm not sure if this site has the language you are looking for but there are other sites as well...just google translating services.

erlampo is right. I used to date a Bulgarian girl, and we checked out how accurate the online translation sites are. In short, they are not, mainly because they cannot take the context of a letter into consideration, and they mess up sentence structure.
Do an online search for somebody that can do the translation for you.
