My fiance always cuts fruit on the same board as we cut onions, he doesn't get that it makes it taste bad and I often end up throwing it, which I hate. But maybe it's just him.

Well my ex had no concept of sell by dates and thought it normal to pick the mould off bread and eat the bread...yuck !
