File a report with the Better Business Bureau, and HONESTLY...call the police and have a restraining order put on the jerk. My brother in law is a police officer and he had to do that for our elderly neighbors...every time a schwans' man or someone came around...they couldn't say no...also, if she lives alone put a 'no solicitating' sign up by her door...and for telemarketers have their numbers blocked. This sounds serious...call the cops, call the BBB, and make it known you're watching him. Write down all the times he harasses her. It's so sad the scum that will prey on poor innocent people
