this summer i went out with this boy name camron and he has caused me hell while i was going with him. well this weekend i seem him and he was looking to good. he told my friend raven to tell me to call him but i am scared to call b/c i dont want to go threw that anymore with him what should i do should i go back to him cause i do believe in second changes well this would really be the third time he has came back into my life

What?! Let me tell you from experience. Don't be with someone that you don't want to. End of story, no questions asked. No matter how much they want to be with you.
No matter how much their feelings will be hurt. You have to take care of yourself. And if you are with the wrong person, how is the right person going to find you?

DON'T!!!! There are a lot more fish in the sea and out of them there will be someone that will be nice to you, doesn't cause you grief and will treat you like a lady. If he's already had two chances to treat you differently and he hasn't, this being the third time, IT'S TIME TO LET HIM GO!
