Could I have ADD? I get distracted easily with doing home work or tests. Think about other stuff. I procrastinate a lot. I take forever to do stuff, like class work. I'm really disorganized, lose a lot of stuff like money and keys. Had problems since 3rd grade.

Symptoms of ADD:
* Often fails to give close attention to details or makes
careless mistakes in schoolwork;
* difficulty sustaining attention in tasks;
* seems not to listen;
* fails to follow instructions or finish work;
* unorganized;
* difficulties with schoolwork or homework;
* loses things like school assignments, books, tools, etc.;
* easily distracted;
* forgetful about daily activities.
Now, how severe or significant are you for each one? If you score strongly or moderately to >6 of the above, you may have ADD. Also, type in ADD in GOOGLE or YAHOO and there's plenty of material to choose from.

You're normal. Get better in the discipline department. Remember, the grades you get now will effect the rest of your life. Slack off in high school, it will effect college and your life after wards. If you need help, talk to your guidance counselor and/or get a tutor.

Nobody likes sitting in a seat while a teacher blabs on and on. Nobody likes doing homework. It doesnt mean you are ADD, it means you are normal.

sounds like you just lack some organizational skills.there is more to add/adhd than that. if you're worried about it, find a counselor who deals with this sort of thing.

normally we all go thru a period like this....could be ADD if it's 100% of the time, for years.
