Hi, Its a chemical reaction to food. Do you suffer with migraine? I find that when i eat chocolate, brown sauce, i suffer dreadful migraine. All i can suggest and i know its hard is to do is only eat them in moderation from time to time. Also visit your doctor and explain your symptoms and he will be able to treat you.
