Breakfast- Smoothie (2 cups water, 1 cup frozen fruit-mango-melon, 4 baby carrots)
Lunch- 1/2 tuna sandwhich (only 70 cals all together, bread is 35 cal per slice and tuna was 35 cal) 6 baby carrots
2 glasses of water
1 bottle of water mixed with a crystal light packet
I havn't had dinner yet... its only 2 o'clock here.
