Breakfast- Smoothie (2 cups water, 1 cup frozen fruit-mango-melon, 4 baby carrots)
Lunch- 1/2 tuna sandwhich (only 70 cals all together, bread is 35 cal per slice and tuna was 35 cal) 6 baby carrots
2 glasses of water
1 bottle of water mixed with a crystal light packet

I havn't had dinner yet... its only 2 o'clock here.

Less than 300, you should not go under 800 a day

Not enough calories, that's for sure. Your brain alone needs atleast 1000 cals to function properly each day.

I do a 1200 cal diet a day, and I loose 5 lbs a week. Just because you basically starve your body doesn't mean you'll loose the weight.

It's important to remember water, dairy (helps shed weight), and lots of fruit/veggies.

You should be eating atleast 6 small meals a day.

You won't lose any weight lik that...

probably around 250 calories for the smothie give or take 50 mellon has alot of sugar
