Use Kenra Volume 25 hairspray. It is the best!!! I have curled my hair and went out partying then came home and slept on the curls and they were still wearable the next day.

If your using hair rollers it will be better to use a setting lotion on wet/damp hair. The curls will be soft, bouncy and smooth and will last all day. Tons of hair spray will only make the curls hard, dry out look dull, and then break off.

What I do...is once my hair is drive, spray it all over with Hairspray, Garnier Fructis is awesome as it doesn't make your hair hard. I brush through my hair and then spray it again and brush through my hair again. I then curl my hair with the curling irons and the curls are locked in.

u put hair spray on them after u curl them or put braides in the night before u want curls and take them out when you wake up.

I'm going to assume you don't have naturally curly hair.
Try using sea water in a spray bottle. When in curlers mist your hair with it. Totally works.
