My mother died when i was 10 and my dad was mostly at work..i think it has affected me a lot..i have social anxiety and agoraphobia..what should i do..i dont wanna live like this ALONE.

White Angel - Hi, I am so sorry this happened to you. I was ostracized in my high school growing up and have now developed agoraphobia too. It is not fun in the least as even today I want to go somewhere to eat and can't face that. I am on medication that helps most of the time and I function on a pretty normal basis. I also go to therapy twice a month. For some reason my system is out of whack and I am sitting at home in fear of going out. The best I can tell you is to see a good psychiatrist even if you have to go to a free clinic or mental health agency. They can help with medication and counseling and you pay what you can afford or it can even be free. I have adjusted to being OK most of the time and having these "relapse" periods when something physical temporarily blocks the pills from working. Please see someone soon and remember that these pills have awful side affects when you first start them. Stick it out and side effects lessen and mostly disappear after about 6 weeks. After six weeks if they are still bad ask for another kind of pill. Good luck and much much love and courage from those of us here. We are backing you all the way.

Find some friends. Go to Clubs (if old enough) or go to the park activities. Call up people that you haven't talked to for a while. That always helps. If your still in school try the school counseler. Try NEW things like sports, plays, or others. Hope you feel less alone Soon!

You are gifted.Being alone is the one of gift for thinking yourself.If you think about you, you will understand your strength and weakness.For that you can take time to avoid your weakness and try practice for your strength of desires.
