It has flavors and NutraSweet for taste, so not much in the way of health benefits.

No it's not the same you should still drink plain water most of the time if you want the health benefits, Crystal lite is like drinking juice

On most diet plans, Crystal Light counts as water, but, basically, water is water.

no it is not the same. Your body needs plain water. The kidneys are still going to be working the same as if you had a juice.

I remember reading somewhere that tea, or crystal light can be counted as water as long as it is caffeine free.

Pretty much but it has a better flavor if you are getting sick of just plain water.

Well, idk if it's that healthy. Some of the kinds of Crystal light are sugar free notice the light part of it. But, water is healthy and drink lots of it.
