I don't know where you want the tour from but you might try the Yankee bus company - they're somewhere in or around Boston.

Cosmos/Globus have tours listed in their book. Trafalgar/Insight also do Eastern Canada tours. Trafalgar and Insight both have good discussion/bulletin boards on their websites as well.
