I am 5'3, 120 lbs. My clothes are all size 0 or 2, x small or small. I feel like I am really fat. I have a history of disordered eating... I feel those tendencies coming back. I eat very healthily and exercise everyday. I don't know what to do because I am very hung up on the numbers... I even started running marathons about a year and a half ago to try and make myself feel better but the weight hasn't gone down. Do I need to lose weight?! I wish I could just be happy with the size of my clothes.

No. You do not need to lose weight. For your height you are in a normal, healthy weight catagory. And for being a size 0 or 2, you are doing just fine. If you feel that your old poor body image tendencies are coming back, get some help. There is nothing wrong in asking for help. It's great that you admit your concern in your behavior. Other girls are in denial.

I think the media has given us a bad portrayal of how woman should look. Do you know how many people wish they were your weight and size?! You probably are a knock-out - especially if you work out regularly. Keep being healthy, but talk to a professional about it. They can help you stay balanced.
