yea im pretty sure they will. i got mine when i was like 10-11 so i dont think it really matters. just go to the eye doctors and ask or call them and find out.

Yes if the parents okay it. Usually they will have to sign some forms & stuff. They will have to come in the DR's office and let them show them how to properly put them in and take them out and clean them. And it gets frustrating to the younger ones sometimes when they are learning. Its not as easy as it looks.

Yes, my sister had eye surgery when she was 4 then she had to get contacts. but make sure to ask for the extera wet contacts because my sister always said that they where irritating her eyes; but people are different so i don't know if it irritates her/him.

Yes they will. Most doctors will just ask your parents if you r responsible enough. if your rents say yes then the doctor will say u can get them

I don't see why not as long as they understand how to take care of them. Of course that's what moms are for.
