Race is determined by both the father and the mother in the genetic code.
Jews are not a race. If you were to convert to Judaism (woman), your child would be born a Jew and have full privileges. If the child's mother is not Jewish, the child would have to complete the conversion process. However, Reform Jews also accept children born to Jewish fathers as full Jews.
