I wasn't Spec Ops, but even as a Marine, I could recon shuffle (think a gentle jog at about 6 mph) for hours on end. We could hold that pace without gear all day, and never get tired, just thirsty. With gear, we could do it for probably a minimum of six hours, as needed. Spec Ops are a hardier bunch, so I'm sure they can do even longer times with greater gearloads.

Checkout the Recon Challenges & Ranger Challenges. That will give you a good idea of what some Spec Ops are capable of.

Depends on the weather, topography and terrain. They may also be carring 60-90 pounds of gear. Try that sometime. You won't be running for a straight hr +20. Keep up the good work!

Depends on what game you're playing. Most of them will let your character run indefinitely. Oh, you're talking real life. I would say that varies depending on how encumbered one is. In go-fasters and jogging gear, like two days. With 70 pounds of gear, all day at a slow paratrooper shuffle pace. The dominant idea is not to have to run that far. That's what vehicles and animals are for.
