That's impossible. Perhaps she is acting the same way but she can't be in heat. I would talk to the vet. I know a family with a cat that actually had a botched spaying and not all of one ovary was removed so that cat displays heat symptoms.

This depends how much heat and how often? If she is still going into full heat as often as before, then the vet is the answer. If not, my cat is spayed and occasionally will still chirp like she did when in heat, and if you scratch her bum sometimes she puts it in the air and displays like she used to, but it is all the time, and I think she just likes being scratched there. This isn't necessarily going into heat, could just be affectionate behaviour and don't worry about it.

Go see the vet. I have never ever heard of a cat going into heat after being spayed.

Not possible, unless it was a botched spay job. You will need to have a vet go in sugerically and fix it... a "re-spay".
Otherwise your cat is going through something else that gives signs of going into heat... still the answer is taking her to a vet.

Please take her to the vet for some further testing. After all my years in the vet business I have never seen a spayed cat actually go into heat. She may have a hormonal deficiency that may be addressed with medication. Think of it in the human form.

Take your cat to the vet. It could be a number things - possibly a UTI.

Don't think that's physically possible. Your vet may be able to give you answers to your concerns though. Your cat may have urinary infections.
