Make it part of your everyday routine. Wake up early and head to the gym or go to the gym after work.
Bring along some of your favorite music and hit the treadmill.
Or start a class and go with a friend. There's aerobics, pilates, yoga, and much more.
Have fun and try not to think of a workout as "WORK".

i get some bathing suit or such that i wanna be able to fit comfortably in at such and uch a time.then i have a friend that will be my workout partner.that way you can motivate eachother.and they will most likely not let you sleep in cause you dont want to.lol.also take great music with you and reward yourself...like a tatoo/ear piercing/shopping spree after you reach a certain point.and best of luck to you.

Take a picture of yourself and place it on the mirror where you brush your teeth in the morning...Then, put another copy of the same picture next to the Refrigerator handle...Just remember that after the few session, you will be in a little routine...Keep it up...I started working out the 2nd of February and have already lost 6 pounds...Set little goals for yourself and work slowly towards them...Hang in there...It will get easier...

1. Look in the mirror alot, and give yourself credit for improvement (only focus on posetives...don't look in the mirror to reflect on things you don't like)
2. Give yourself a goal or a reason to get in shape. For example, are you going on a trip and want to look good for it? I've read that's one of the best ways to stay motivated for long amounts of time. You have to give yourself a goal!
3. Make exercise something you enjoy. I always, always listen to music while I do it. I don't let anything else distract me. My time exercising is the time of the day when I focus only on me. I ignore work, worries, stress, everything.
4. This is more for while you're actually working out or exercising, and you don't have any energy left - think of someone you really don't like or someone you really want to impress. You've got to find a way to push yourself that extra bit when you don't have any energy left.

Thinking about an up-coming event I want to look good at. Or having a clothing item I love that at the moment is a little too small!

Just buck up and discipline yourself for just a few days to work out, and believe it or not, after a few days your body will adjust and start to automatically crave working out. Once you start you can't stop.

Imagine yourself thinner and try hard to focus on your goal each day. Also, try to get others involve in working out with you....that always help. The more the merrier!
