Anyone can disappear provided they have enough money. Buy a yacht and spend your life sailing around the world in international waters. You can't be extrodited if your not in one particular country. You just have to make sure you only stop for supplies in countries with no US extrodition treaty. Or can send in a staff member on a small speed boat while you stay on the yacht miles off shore.
