I worry about everything. It's driving my husband crazy. I ask him the same questions over and over again because I feel like I need a definite answer right now--- even though there is no such thing as a definite answer. Worry is driving me crazy!

i think we all have anxiety at some point in our lives..its not very nice, so i do sympathise. here in england we have a store called Superdrug and they sell a herbal tablet called Be Calm..and they are actually very good..i used to take them and they helped no end. because they are herbal..they arent addictive and wont hurt you - unlike some prescription medication. why dont you give the herbal stuff a try...it might do the trick. this might be just a phase in your life..and you will bounce back to normal...good luck!

You may need to see a 'mental health professional' and get on some 'anti-anxiety medication' and have some 'therapy' to deal with your problem ... or it may be that you are simply married to a man who doesn't 'communicate' properly and he's driving you 'crazy' with his 'answers' that don't actually say what you need to know, in which case I'd say that you BOTH need to see a counselor so that you can learn how to 'communicate properly.'

Zoloft will probably help. It takes about 2 weeks to start working.
Here is a good place to order:

If you decide to see a doctor, any physician can write a prescription, doesn't have to be a psychiatrist. I personally believe antidepressants should be over the counter. They are very safe.

Make an appt. with a phychiatrist. They went to school for usually over 12 years to learn exactly what chemicals in your brain cause what symptoms and how each medication can get into your brain and repair those misfirings. They rule! JUST DO IT!
