I guess the question is.. what do you WANT to do?

I supposed you have a few options.

You can..

A. Ignore it (if this is possible based on the amount of animosity and/or discrimination being presented to you and how much it's affecting the girl's thoughts about you and the relationship)

B. Have a talk with her mother (this can often ally fears and wipe out false judgements about your race and/or your intentions and can, at the very least, make things somewhat civil)

C. Avoid the mother (presuming she doesn't live at home.. if that's the case then this probably won't work)

D. Leave the girl?

Of course those aren't the only options but some you have available. But personally (having been in a mixed-dating relationship before myself) I'd suggest you consider something.

If you're dating for a long-term relationship I'd seriously consider whether or not you'll be able to deal with that discrimination long-term and whether it's worth it to be with this girl.

If the answer is yes.. then your path is clear!

If not, then I'd strongly recommend one of the other options... if not concluding the relationship to find more accepting families.

Either way, good luck!
