Could anyone help me here I'm looking for free firewall and the best to use and tell why you suggest it and the website to go for it. thank you all.

Zone Alarm by zone labs. It's free and it lets you see and control what's going into and out of your computer. Also, you can simply lock out internet traffic completely if you want, then toggle it back on again.

ZoneAlarm Free edition. It has better program control so you block executable program files from accessing the Internet. The firewall built into Windows XP doesn't have program control.

zone alarm...
it automatically updates itself and also gives u the option of running a particular program or not(it prompts u )

You don't need a firewall, AVG and Spybot and CCleaner, and google pop up blocker. good luck =)
